Hello knitters,

It was a beautiful day on Saturday and everyone who stopped by our booth at the Armstrong's 'Live Life Well Fair' had bright smiles on their faces. I think we did our job of letting the community know about the Knitting Circle and the deeds we have done. It was so nice to talk with other knitters; some who had learned years ago and have forgotten some of the stitches and others who were seeking help with some aspect of their project.

Thanks to everyone for bringing items for display, manning the booth and a forty-minute-takedown. More on the Fair later.

Marge G and her hubby are heading across the big pond to visit family and friends. Bon Voyage, Marge, have a great holiday and see you in the fall.

May I suggest for our few meetings during the summer we do something for ourselves--like learn a new stitch or technique. Any ideas or requests? Just a quick reminder that we meet on the 3rd and 10th of May.
