Dear Knitters,
We now have 5 rows of 8 completed on our 1st blanket. That does not count all the squares you have made since our last meeting. It really does look nice. (See attachment)
Our next meeting is Wed, Nov 22 @ 7pm at the Chamber of commerce. I am inviting high school students (and others) to come make a scarf. (See attached poster) You can help spread the word by printing a copy and posting it at your church, other meetings you attend or elsewhere.
Marlene- can you call Noeline at 546-6947 and remind her that if anyone calls they need to bring worsted weight (#4) yarn and 5mm or larger needles. I put both your names on the poster. Thank you.
Morna- we need to see you so we can ask felting questions as a number of us have started slippers.
Rhonda- do you crochet? I need a hand in putting the blanket together. I can’t keep up with all the knitters.
Marg- Can you take care of the key for Wed night? Please RSPV
